Since 1940, this monthly reference journal has provided reviews of the world's current mathematical literature, classified according to the 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC). Professional mathematicians assign expert reviewers from around the world to review current published research. Over 100,000 reviews or abstracts are published each year. Subscriptions include annual author and subject indexes in CD-Rom format. Single issues are not available after five years.

Mathematical Reviews is available to individuals or institutions that have paid the annual Database Fee (DAF). MR is also available to individuals who are affiliated with an institution that has paid the annual DAF.
