The scope of this second meeting covers a range of major topics in numerical analysis, optimization, also in approximation and engineering and related disciplines, ranging from theoretical developments to industrial applications and modelling of problems. The themes of the conference include, but are not limited to: Optimization, computational optimization frameworks, optimization modeling, approximation theory, radial basis functions, scattered data approximation, learning machine theory, meshless methods, numerical analysis, modelization. Applications: Image processing, financial computation, medicine and biology.
