Graduate School Fair
The Grad School Fair takes advantage of the growing presence of undergraduate participants at the January meetings. It has become a well attended event, with around 65 schools each year interacting with the over 300 undergraduates. Schools pay a small table fee that covers the cost of coffee and tea service.
Representatives set up tables with colorful banners, flyers and handouts. Undergrads are able to enjoy a lively & informative environment to gather information on schools they may be interested in attending in the future. Often times, undergrad students were able to interact with current grad students from some of the schools attending.
The 2013 San Diego Grad School Fair will be held during the Joint Mathematics Meetings - Friday, January 11, 2013 at the San Diego Convention Center, Hall B2.
The event is free for registered students.
